パトリシア・オブ・コノート（Princess Patricia of Connaught, 1886年3月17日 - 1974年1月12日）は、イギリスの王族。全名はヴィクトリア・パトリシア・ヘレナ・エリザベス（Victoria Patricia Helena Elizabeth）。愛称はパッツィ(Patsy)。ヴィクトリア女王の孫娘の一人。後にアレグザンダー・ラムジーとの結婚によってイギリス王女の称号と「Her Royal Highness」の敬称を放棄し、単にレディ・パトリシア・ラムジー（Lady Patricia Ramsay）と名乗った。

Sir Alexander Robert Maule Ramsay (29 May 1881 – 8 October 1972) was a British Royal Navy admiral. He was the husband of Princess Patricia of Connaught, the youngest child of Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, third son of Queen Victoria. He served with distinction during the First World War. During the 1920s and 1930s, he held several important naval aviation commands.
